Choose Right Food For Your Teeth     Good teeth and healthy is one more value, increase confidence and have beautiful smile . In having good teeth, we must always maintain dental hygiene for example with brushing teeth. However, there are many things you can do to keep your teeth healthy and strong, especially eat healthy foods.

     Eating raw foods like apples and strawberry can neutralize the acids in your mouth because of its high water content. Foods that are high in fiber like celery, legumes, cherries and strawberry can massage the gums and clean the teeth. Onions have natural antibacterial for the mouth because of its sulfur compounds. Citrus fruits that are rich in vitamin C can also be helpful but since it contains acid content, rinse your mouth after eating.

     Foods rich in calcium such as cheese helps the mouth pH level to be balanced and tooth enamel to be restructured. These foods can fight the bacteria that cause gum disease and cavities. Green tea not only antioxidants, but also can prevent plaque on tooth surfaces. This reduces the risk of cavities and gum disease. Green tea can help you cure or reduce bad breath. and also that protect email on the teeth

     Sugary and starchy foods should be taken minimally. When sugar is combined with bacteria, they cause plaques. If these plaques will not be removed, it may cause worse dental problems like tooth cavity. Sugar increases the acids in the mouth and this can damage the dentin or the outer covering of the teeth. Frequent consumption of foods and drinks that can stain your teeth will not help your teeth.  Apart from eating these foods, visiting the dentist is also necessary, at least six months to check on  regularly.
