6 Steps maintain Oral and Teeth hygiene

     Maintaining oral and dental absolutely necessary. Bad oral hygiene not only cause mouth smell, tooth decay and gingivitis, but also increases the risk of other health problems. Maintain cleanliness  mouth and teeth are healthy life's door because most of  materials that body needed enter through your mouth.

Six steps to ensure your oral hygiene:

1.  Brushing teeth
The main key dental hygiene is brushing properly on a regular basis. 

2.  Gargle with antiseptic
Refine rinse using a toothbrush with an antiseptic solution to kill bacteria that cause plaque in places that are not affordable teeth.

3.  Cleaning between teeth
To ensure sidelines hygiene between teeth with interdental cleaning. Depending on the size of the space between the teeth, the following treatments can be performed with:
  • Dental floss is best way to clean space between teeth. Waxed dental floss ( is a convenient tool for better glide and less frayed.
  • Inter-dental brush is a smaller-headed brush that is ideal for large spaces between teeth and between the teeth and braces are difficult to clean with ordinary toothbrush. The use of inter-dental brush does not replace the need to brush your teeth, but in addition to your dental hygiene routine.

4.  Chewing gum.
The use of sugar-free gum can be beneficial to your dental health. Chewing gum to clean their teeth because usually candy contains a useful sweetener xylitol inhibits the development of streptococcal bacteria that reduce cavities and plaque. Activity of chewing also stimulates saliva production which is a natural protection against tooth decay.

5.  Brushing tongue
Cleaning the tongue with a brush or rake tongue eliminate the buildup of bacteria, food debris, fungi, and dead cells from the surface of the tongue. Bacteria and fungi that grow on the tongue associated with common oral problem. In addition, bacterial decomposition of sulfur compounds in the back of the tongue that cause bad mouth odor.

6.  Check to dentist regularly
Although no complaints dental condition, its necessary to check teeth at least every six months to dentist. This is to ensure the cleanliness and health of your mouth and teeth.
